Today I somewhat cosplayed Storm from the X-Men. I unfortunately had a few technical difficulties with the catsuit costume.... which were my fault because I didn't take my measurements before buying this costume, but I wanted to share with you guys my purchase.
I purchased this particular costume off of eBay for about $40. However you can buy this same exact one on Amazon right now.
I definitely suggest taking your measurements whenever you purchase something online because sometimes the sizing can be pretty small or it could just be a possibility that I gained weight in certain areas...
The thigh part and the hip/butt area gave me the hardest time within putting this costume on. I ordered a small when I probably should have went up a size and ordered a medium. If you are a size 4 or you can sometimes wear a size 6, opt for the medium with costumes because I looked crotchless. I could barely pull the pants legs up my thighs, but I made it work for the top half of the cosplay...
The cape part does come off and reattaches with 2 velcro pieces on the front. The jumpsuit also has clear straps that help to keep the tubed top jumpsuit up which is great.
Overall this would be a great jumpsuit if I would have gotten a bigger size. So that is my fault, but I would definitely recommend buying this costume. Just make sure you take your measurements first please!!!
