I have decided to start a new segment on my website dedicated to creating celebrity styles for less and I will kick this off with the stylish Barbadian singer, Rihanna. This style is very simple and easy to recreate. It's perfect for almost any day of the Summer.
I found a few pairs of white shorts on Old Navy's website, but it is possible that you could find some cheaper in store instead of online.
I also found 2 pairs of shorts on Walmart's website which I have purchased from in the past (see my past online shopping experience with them here to find out how long shipping takes and anything else you want to know), but again you can most likely find these in their physical store.
Some other places I would suggest for buying white shorts would be Kmart, Sears, Rainbow, JCPenney, or Kohl's for under $14. In addition to that, I would suggest shopping at a thrift store, Goodwill, or Salvation Army for shorts because I have found some great shorts for less than $3. I would suggest washing them after purchase since they are used though.
As for the chambray shirt, also known as the denim shirt, eBay has a ton of these on sale at affordable prices. (I would like to mention that when shopping on eBay, please check the measurements). Again, you can visit your nearest thrift store and you would most likely find a lot of these shirts on a rack for less than $3. However if you can't, the link to this shirt is underneath the picture above. I would suggest typing in "denim shirt" in eBay's search bar and bid on a shirt instead of flat out buying one because you will most likely be able to get it much cheaper.
I would also suggest wearing a tank top or t-shirt underneath this shirt in case it got really hot and you didn't want to wear long sleeves anymore.
