Today I am reviewing the website Hollar. Hollar is kind of like a mixture of a dollar store and a drug store. To me, it is similar to Family Dollar or Dollar General. You can buy makeup, clothes, accessories, toys, storage items, food, and other things on this website. In this review I will share with you guys the check out process, how much Hollar shipping was, how long Hollar took to ship me my items, and I will share with you guys what I purchased.

I Bought Velvet Shoes!! | GoJane review

Hey guys! Today I wanted to share with you a review of the website GoJane. GoJane is an online clothing store which sells women's clothing. You can buy all types of clothing, accessories, and shoes from GoJane. I personally I like their selection of jeans, jumpsuits, and shoes. I purchased from GoJane one other time a few years ago, but I did not share my shopping experience with them on my blog. Today I figured I would share with you guys a great find that I bought online last week and received today.

Tried It: Shopping on the Haband (Blair) catalog website for Winter Coats | Shopping

So it has been a struggle for me to find a decent coat, especially when shopping online. I know a few of you probably see some coats that you like online and you wonder about whether the company is reputable. I know I personally wonder whether the item is of good quality and whether I'll actually get the item I payed for. So I decided to shop online at this website called Haband. Haband is a website that sells a lot of clothes and shoes for women looking for something professional or casual. It is apart of the Blair brand franchise. I've been receiving their catalogs since I was like 10.. Actually I want to say my grandmother used to shop at this store and I eventually signed up for their catalogs as well. I won't even lie to you guys...the items from this company seems like they are mostly directed towards women ages 30+. However they do have a lot of affordable and simple items that I would like to purchase.. So I decided to go ahead and buy some coats from them. This is what my experience with shopping with Haband was like...

Buying

The shopping experience was easy enough. I added the same coat, but in two different sizes & two different colors to the checkout cart. I put in my address information and I paid. I bought it when there was a deal going on and I was able to get the coats at a decent price. I paid for both coats. Unfortunately one coat was back ordered and I had to wait a while to receive it.

I paid through Paypal.

I tried to find the coat I purchased, but I guess they sold out of it. So here is a link to their other parka coats.

Back to School Fashion: Men's clothes and shoes under $15

I'm in love with Rainbowshops.com : Clothing Haul and Review

Rainbow was probably the first store I shopped in when I saved enough money to buy clothes I actually wanted in middle school. I heavily shopped there in high school for random casual shirts, in addition to jeans. I found out a few months ago that they had an online website, so I figured I'd buy a few items from them when they were having a sale and share my shopping experience with you guys.

At the time, (this was in May) Rainbow was having a 50% off sale featuring a lot of items. I was lucky enough to find a few cute pieces in my size that I liked at an affordable price. I purchased some jeans, pants, leggings, and a pair of shorts. Some of them I have worn and some of them I have not yet.

What is shipping like at Rainbowshops.com?

How long does Rainbowshops take to ship?

I purchased 7 items; 2 skinny jeans, denim shortalls, navy dress pants, 2 pairs of leggings, and some black pants with a leather inset. I purchased from Rainbow May 20th. I used a discount code when I made my purchase. My total was $63.52 with free shipping because I spent over $50 (spend $50 receive free shipping). Without free shipping, it would have been $5.95. On that same day, I received an email stating that one of the pairs of jeans I wanted was out of stock, so I was not charged for the item. Instead, I only had to pay $51.34. A few hours later, I received another message saying that my order had shipped which I was excited about because usually companies take a day or more to process the orders. To some extent it did take a whole day to actually ship because FedEx actually started shipping out my order on the road on May 21st. 

RainbowShops uses FedEx to ship. Their company is located in Pennsylvania. I received my package May 23rd, so it took 3 days for it to get to me which was a decent amount of time.

I basically outgrew a lot of my pants soooo I needed to buy some more.

I bought a pair of light wash skinny jeans that are high waisted. I've worn these once and they look AMAZING! 

I was really skeptical about these shorts when I looked at them. I thought they were too short, but when I put them on they look great and they aren't too short. Definitely one of the best pairs of shorts I own considering I don't own that many. I love that they have elastic in the waist as well.

There is much excitement that I feel when jeans I purchase online actually fit because it can be a struggle buying jeans online that fit just right. I recently purchased from Charlotte Russe's online website a few weeks ago and I just wanted to share with you guys a purchase I made on their online website.

I already knew that I wanted to buy some jeans from Charlotte Russe. They have a specific brand that I love because it's high waisted and it absolutely makes my entire bottom half look like pure love. I decided to purchase 3 pairs of high waisted jeans. Charlotte Russe was having a sale at the time and I paid $53.45.

How is the shipping at Charlotte Russe?

I paid $5 for shipping because I didn't reach the $50 free shipping limit. Charlotte Russe ships through FedEx. I ordered on May 19th and my order was processed to be shipped May 20th. I received my tracking number which I could check anytime through the email I received as confirmation from them or my log in on the Charlotte Russe website. I received my package on May 23rd. So it took 4 days for me to receive my order from Charlotte Russe.

I have always wanted a maxi dress and this is the perfect time to wear them. They're long enough to cover your legs, but still cool enough to keep you feeling the breeze. I recently made a purchase at an online store called Boohoo which is based in the UK. I have purchased from them before and even won a $50 credit from them last year in a Twitter contest they were having, but I wanted to let you guys know about my shopping experience with them because they have thee most amazing maxi dresses.

A Book Lover's Dream... Thriftbooks Review!! I bought 3 books worth $60 for $16!!

I love reading, but a lot of books tend to be ridiculously expensive. I usually like to purchase my books at thrift stores near my house and on Ebay or Amazon in the used books section. It is very rare that I will go to Barnes and Noble and buy a book new unless there is a sale going on. 

About two weeks ago, I was surfing through my dashboard on Tumblr and I found a post that talked about a store called Thriftbooks. It turns out that Thriftbooks is an online used bookstore with a ton of different titles to choose from. I started typing in a variety of book titles, in addition to searching through different genres on their website and I was pleased. I mean, they had almost all of the Harry Potter titles on sale for $4. They also had some of the classics with Victorian binding on sale for $5 and I know that they are worth over $25 each. They also have a few movies on sale too. Needless to say, I was excited because I love reading! So I decided to make a purchase and I wanted to share with you guys my experience shopping with them.

The Process of Purchasing

It is extremely easy to add a book to your cart and  create an account. The only issue is choosing what books you are going to buy. I chose to purchase Fairy Tales from Hans Christian Andersen ($3.70), Edgar Allan Poe's Sixty Seven Tales ($7.21), and The Complete Brothers Grimm Fairy Tales ($4.67). When purchasing a book, they do offer different forms of the book. For example, some books maybe hardcover while others are paperback or it maybe designed a different way by a different publisher. So keep note of that.

Walmart Online Shopping Review + I Received a Refund and a Free Gift Card!!

Last month I made a purchase from Walmart. I was actually looking for a specific sleeping gown that I recall one of my family members wanting for Christmas and I ended up finding it on Walmart's website. I had never done any online shopping on Walmart before, but I decided to just go for it and try it out.

What is the process of purchasing from Walmart online like?

The buying process was simple enough. I only purchased the one sleeping gown. I just added my item to the shopping cart and checked out. It took me less than 4 minutes to create an account and submit my purchase. I payed $7 for the night gown.

How long does it take Walmart to ship?

Walmart's shipping cost was $6.97, which I thought was kind of high. I always assumed that stores like Walmart would have $5 shipping. I ordered from Walmart's online website December 19th, 2014. I received a confirmation email that same day. The next day , December 20th, I received a confirmation email telling me that my package had shipped and would arrive by Wednesday, December 24th, the day before Christmas. I was hoping that that would be the case which made me a bit relieved.  When I found out they were shipping through FedEx, I was somewhat disappointed because based on my past experiences with shipping with FedEx.... They tend to push back the dates of package arrival. On December 23rd I received another email from Walmart..

Wishlist: 31 pairs of Thigh High Boots under $50 from UrbanOG

I absolutely love thigh high boots. They are extremely fashionable and they will also keep your legs warm. I suppose the one thing that is troublesome about buying these boots is the fact that you can either never find any in your size or they are very expensive. I recently purchased some thigh high boots from a store called UrbanOG and I found that they have over 100 pairs of thigh high boots on sale. So after purchasing from them and having a chance to wear the boots, I decided to create a post dedicated to the top 31 pairs I'd buy under $50.

ModDeals Review: Shopping Experience + I BOUGHT A COAT FOR $11.50!!!

As you guys know, I love to stalk online stores heavily. If I find a store that sales a ton of clothing that is similar to my tastes I'm eventually going to make a purchase. A few months ago, I found this website called ModDeals. They have an assortment of women's clothing. You can find dresses, jeans, tops, accessories, makeup, and shoes. The shoes are everything!! I want to buy at least 30 pairs of shoes from their website. 

Now the best thing about their website is the prices. The highest thing on their website is around $16. Everything is extremely affordable. There are so many things that I want to purchase from this website, but because it was my first time buying from them I decided to only purchase three items. 

I found a few reviews on Youtube of different people who purchased from them, but I don't think too many people know about this company because there weren't too many recent reviews. I still decided to give them a shot and purchase from them anyway since I'm on a budget and I wanted to share with you guys my experience with them.

So let's jump into the review...

Threadsence Shopping Experience + Ordering the Surprise Style

Threadsence is a clothing store that is dedicated to mostly bohemian clothing. I feel like their clothes revolve around the summer time season, which isn't shocking considering this store is located in California. However they do have at least 100 Fall/Winter related pieces. 

While browsing online last week, I found out that Threadsence had some sort of mystery clothing on sale for $14.50.

The retail value of the item of clothing is supposed to be between a retail value of $34 - $168. So I thought that it would be pretty cool to try it out since I've never shopped here before. I decided to opt in for 2 items... I mean, purchase 2 mystery bags. I ordered in the size medium because I like for my stuff to be kind of loose instead of extremely tight. 

Since I purchased 2 of these Surprise Style clothing pieces my clothing total was $29 + $5.95 shipping. So $34.95 for 2 items of clothing. Now to be completely honest... I could have purchased about 20 items at a thrift store for $34.95 , but I decided to go through with the purchase because I was curious and because it was somewhat for my blog.

HairWigHarlem Shopping Experience

This is going to be a quick overview of my shopping experience with HairWigHarlem. I will not be discussing the actual wig that I purchased, considering it's a gift. Lol This was my second purchase from their website. HairWigHarlem sells wigs, braids, and ponytails. So the website mainly sells hair. I began transitioning in January of this year and to be completely honest wigs (full wigs) are one of the best things you can use for your hair. 

I love HairWigHarlem because all of their wigs are extremely affordable. I usually purchase wigs under $24 and they will usually last me about a year or two. I probably wear a wig 6 days out of the month. I do not wear them daily, which maybe a factor when it comes to how long they last. Regardless I have purchased majority of my wigs around $17 and they were a great bargain.

 Most of the wigs I purchase are short wigs and they have color in them because I'm terrified of cutting my real hair and putting dye in my hair.

UrbanOG Shopping Experience + My first pair of Thigh High Boots

UrbanOG is an online clothing website which sells and assortment of items from dresses to shoes to accessories. It's a fairly affordable store that I have been stalking for the past few years. One of the reasons why I have been obsessed with this store is because they sell thigh high boots. I have always wanted a pair. I honestly wanted to find some in a store in person so that I would be able to try them on, but I either could never find any or the boots I found were $70+. I have always been extremely frugal, so I decided to not even try them on considering I wouldn't purchase them. 

It wasn't until last year that I found some affordable ones and they were on UrbanOG's website. To be completely honest, I waited a whole year to buy boots from them because I was undecided about which ones I was going to purchase. There are over 90 pairs of thigh high boots on their website, but I finally made the decision to purchase this pair.
