Inspiration has been surging through me like electricity. It has been so strong I feel as though I’m directly connected to the source. When I’m like this I can’t do anything but create. The rest of the world falls away and it’s just me and this flow. Here is the BUT that I learned yesterday. If I don’t balance that energy with grounding and caring for myself I crash hard!! I will get so into a project that I won’t drink or eat properly, I forgo my meditation and yoga, I lock myself in my studio for 12 hours at a time, and I get no fresh air. At the end of the day when I crawl hunched backed out of my cave I’m super jittery like I had 10 cups of coffee and my emotions feel erratic. After a few days of this I see Myself really start to go down hill. I’m absolutely loving the inspiration and creating but I need to remember to balance that energy with some Earth energy. Today I’m making a conscious effort to do that. Before I begin my creating today I took a long walk, had a delicious green drink, and am taking time to ask my body what it needs so I can continue flowing with my inspiration. Driving across the country I have averaged 8-10 hours of driving in the past 4 days, alone. So far I made to Chicago from Seattle area. I found driving itself is not that bad, actually very enjoyable for the most part. The view on interstate highway is very beautiful. The thing that bothers me the most is a little unexpected. My eyes were so strained after one day of driving. I only wrote journal entry but could not draw because my eyes hurt so much. Я люблю домашний уют 🏡 Очередное задание в #смэшмарафон - тема путешествий. Я не хотела делать разворот о прошлых поездках, которые всё же были, или о пребывании на озере с водопадом... Превращать разворот в доску желаний о будущих поездках? Но ведь для этого как минимум нужно мечтать куда-то поехать. 😄 󾓪 Больше всего, наверное, меня привлекает Англия... Лондон. Но всё это из-за любви к сельской Англии из классической литературы. 😉 Можно поехать на море. Но лучше там жить в уютном доме! 🛩Однако, когда я слышу звук низко пролетающего самолета над нашим домом, я ощущаю приятные чувства в сердце - это напоминает мне о позитивных моментах, связанных с перелетами, мне нравилось летать 💙
