I found Cher's costume which comes with the yellow plaid blazer and pleated skirt. You'll have to buy the white knee high socks separate along with the black Mary Jane shoes.

Dionne's costume comes with a white and black plaid blazer and skirt along with the red vest layered over the white shirt. You'll have to buy the black thigh high socks and black Mary Jane shoes separate as well.
