Looking for a new anime to watch? Well look no further! Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works is an anime that is worth the watch. It has practically everything in it from action to love to....just being an all around amazing anime. Here's a list of my reasons why you should watch Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works!
Anime: Action, Fantasy, Thriller
There are 25 episodes in this series, but there is a 26th episode which involves an alternate ending.
1. I am so glad I didn't watch this show when it first came out because I would have been frustrated with a decent amount of the cliff hanger endings during or just before a battle. So if you are like me, you will love that you can watch the series all the way through.
I know this isn't a focal point reason for watching this specific show, but you guys do not understand how amazing this anime is... I couldn't stop watching it because it was so good and the fact that cliffhanger endings kept occurring which made me go from "I am only going to watch one more episode" to me watching about 6 more episodes. It was completely worth the time put into watching the series though.

2. The action within the series is rather amazing and I did like the concept of magic as well.
I am a big fan of action packed fight scenes and this has to be one of my favorite action packed anime series. I love the actual clash of weapons as well as the magical aspect of the fight scenes as well.

3. Enjoyed character development and it goes even further with the other Fate series.
The character development is amazing. I love that the series dives into the backgrounds of a decent amount of the characters. Of course in some of the other parts of the series I am sure that they focus on other characters more than others as well.

4. Enjoy the concept of the Holy Grail.. However it does make me wonder why the holy grail was even created and what wishes could be fulfilled.
I am baffled by how the start of the war began. I am sure that they explained it or that they do explain it in one of the Fate/Stay anime series or even within the Fate/Stay manga, but apart of me does wonder about it. Maybe if you guys watch it you can share with me your own thoughts about the Holy Grail and the war that occurs with it.

5. Most of the servants (heroic spirits) all have a sad past.
I want to say each heroic spirit became a heroic spirit because they felt like they had some sort of unfinished business. So to some degree it would seem as though they were kind of like ghosts in my opinion, but they came to the world in physical form during the Holy Grail wars to fulfill their purpose to their chosen master to win.

6. The mages chosen all seem to have a focus of some sort of greed whether it be for peace or the greed of power or revenge.
Overtime you see what the mages focus is and they all do have a certain focal point for why they want to succeed.
7. The development of hidden truths considering there are quite a few twists and turns in the series with shocker moments...
This has to be in my top 3 anime series that had a few shocker moments where I had to pause like....

This anime is definitely worth the experiences of shock! You never know what exactly is going to happen sometimes, but you will reach some moments where you find something out about a character and again you are sitting there with your mouth gaped open because of how things are connected.
Characters I liked: Archer, Rin, Shirou, Lancer, and Saber
Overall if you are looking for an action packed anime that has a pretty amazing story line, you should check out Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works on Crunchyroll! You can also check out the rest of the Fate/Stay series because I believe there are about 6-7 other series related to the main Fate/Stay series.
